Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Ensemble has been active in the Yorkton community since the 1960’s. Our club provides an opportunity for young people to express themselves through dance and to develop an appreciation for one of the most beautiful Ukrainian traditions.

As with many other clubs, we have been impacted greatly by the pandemic in many ways, including not being able to hold our Malanka (Ukrainian New Year) celebration for 2021 or 2022, the club’s major annual fundraiser that keeps the club afloat. Unfortunately, for the first time in 60 years, our organization is fearful we may not recover from this.

In order to raise some funds we held an online auction May 7-10, 2021 and collected donated auction items and monetary donations to help cover our operating expenses for the year. We also did some other fundraising projects through the year. In 2022 we held a Malanka To Go.

In demonstration of our gratitude, we have set up this page for recognition to companies/individuals for supporting us through this time.
